5:30pm - 7:30pm Benita (aka the handstand Queen) will treat us to all things handstand! Two hours of drills and skills to get you upside down with more confidence!

  • Your yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap & bolster (please let me know if you need to borrow)
  • Water
