Gentle / Beginners - 6 Class Series

Get your weekend off to a fabulous start by joining Sarah in person or in the Virtual Studio of 60 minutes of Gentle Yoga in the style Anusara yoga for 6 weeks ... a beautiful, well aligned practice that includes a heart felt theme to set you up for a positive week ahead.
Each class will involve some calming breathing, physical movement and relaxation. In our 60 minute class you can expect to be moving slowly and steadily for about 40-45 minutes.
In weeks 1 -5 we will have an Anusara Hatha Yoga class, and week 6 a delicious Anusara Restorative & Meditation Practice
Week 1 - We will look at the basics of foundation and breath
Week 2 - Start to create some warmth and energy by learning how to engage & recruit your muscles
Week 3 - This week we learn how to stretch safely, so we keep joint integrated
Week 4 - Fine tune some of the basic poses
Week 5 - Put it all together!
Week 6 - Close the series with a Restorative yoga class and a brief meditation
