Get your week off to a fabulous start by joining Sarah in person or in the Virtual Studio of 60 minutes of Level 1 Anusara yoga for 6 weeks ... a beautiful, well aligned practice that includes a heart felt theme to set you up for a positive week ahead.
In this series I am going to tell you some stories ... some weird, wild and wonderful stories & myths! Every one of them includes a little bit of magic and always a touching 'message' for us to remember and work with for the week. As I entertain you with these fabulous stories, I will also help you work with the Anusara Principles of Alignment (think clear, creative and healing method to create your yoga poses). All of this will be delivered in a light hearted manner, in a language I call 'Sarah Speak' so that it is all relevant to our lives in 2020 as regular householder yogis- always #keepingitreal
In weeks 1 -5 we will have an Anusara Hatha Yoga class, and week 6 a delicious Anusara Restorative & Meditation Practice
