Yoga equipment needed:
Please bring all of this along every day together ...
- Yoga mat - I have a small stock of Liforme travel yoga mats (message me if you'd like one). I love the alignment markings on the Liforme mats, but I appreciate they are very expensive, so any mat that your suits your pocket will be just fine!
- 2 x bricks
- 1 x long yoga strap (D-ring)
- 1 x large bolster - this will be used for Restorative classes as well as for get comfy as you listen to lectures!
Miscellaneous:
You will, over the course of the training receive 2 manuals from Anusara and 1 manual from Sarah - these are at no extra cost.
- Journal - get yourself a pretty journal A5 as I will be asking you to use this technique to do some self enquiry and to keep a record of your growth!
- A4 Ringbinder - You will find this handy as you will also collect a certain number of handouts, want to take extra notes and will be creating 'pose sheets' and 'sequence sheets'
- Pens to annotate your manuals (bring some colours and highlighters!)
- Spare paper
