Class Levels

Anusara® Level 1

Picture
Anusara yoga places an emphasis on safe and steady alignment in poses, with every class having a thoughtful, spiritual meaning and theme woven through it. This means you will be strengthening your body, mind and soul as you move through your class. In level 1 classes we also learn not to take ourselves too seriously and have some fun along the way! Join this group of friendly yogis and learn to breathe and move skilfully, meditate more deeply and connect to a calmer version of yourself. 

Wonderful for those who want to boost their zest for life and start (or end) their day with a calmer approach.

Anusara® Level 2

In Level 2 Anusara yoga we build on getting even more conscious of body and mind. Safe and steady alignment is developed further into some more challenging poses and inversions, but the emphasis on enjoyment remains! Some yoga philosophy will be skilfully woven into class to expand your knowledge of yoga on all levels (it's not all fancy poses!)

Wonderful class if you have yoga experience, and are looking to consciously evolve the energy of your practice both on the mat and also in everyday life (where the true yoga happens!)

Anusara® Restorative Classes

​If you are looking for true rest and rejuvenation, then look no further than Restorative yoga. This gentle, stilling practice is the an art of non-doing that allows your system to quieten and brings you to a place of deep listening and quietude. Everyone 

I recommend that all of us should be doing Restorative yoga, as we all need this deep healing in our busy lives. Absolutely anybody can participate, no matter what your fitness level.

Sarah will gently guide you through 30 minutes of the gentlest of poses, and then 30 minutes guided Yoga Nidra. This is a blissful class and a wonderful addition to your routine.

In the past we've explored 'The Rasas', 'Feeling Divine' (some of which you can catch up on with by purchasing a recorded bundle).

I've got lots of lovely stuff planned for the future too. In November I have a 'Myth & Magic' series awaiting you, and 'Anusara Grace' in the New Year ...
