Congratulations for booking a yoga retreat with me ... we are going to have a fabulous time! It can some times be a  worry thinking about what to pack, especially if you've never been on retreat before, so I have put together the following packing guide BUT please do note that this is by no means definitive list, just a guide! And if you notice anything you think I've missed please let me know and I can add it xxx
 
Travel Essentials For Your Flight
Passport (with 6 months validity)
Copies of important documents (passport, insurance, booking confirmation) stored separately or digitally
Retreat booking – with full addresses
Insurance docs
Cash – local currency and £
Credit cards
Pack swimmers & change of undies in hand luggage (just in case things go missing!)
Face mask and hand sanitiser
In flight entertainment (books, journals, snacks etc)
Travel pillow/neck support for flights
Snacks
