.New rules & regulations for these crayzzzzie days - please read extra carefully

1. You will need you own mat, block and strap - I will no longer be providing these
2. Restorative Yogis - you will also need your own bolster and blanket
3. All classes must be pre-booked and paid for online - I do not want to take cash
4. You can no longer switch up your class booking - if you miss a class there will be a recording for you to enjoy
5. Please scan the NHS Covid App in on arrival - this is a legal requirement
6. Please come dressed ready for yoga, leaving coats, handbags etc locked in your car
7. Please arrive and leave wearing a face mask - we will take it off for practice
8. I will only be adjusting you verbally
9. All classes will now be live-streamed - I aim to only film me. I will endeavour to put you out of camera shot, otherwise I will assume you are OK with this (note new disclaimer must be signed)
10. For in-person classes you will be allocated a number on arrival. Please be sure to place your mat ONLY on the corresponding number
11. Entrance and exit rules will be clearly explained at each venue ... please stick to them
12. Please respect the wishes of your fellow yogis at all times
